“myOC enables us to make employee training more attractive and more flexible,” said Helmut Schöpf, head of human resources development at Gebrüder Weiss. “Our employees will be able to manage their learning activities independent of time and place, to review their learning progress online and to exchange knowledge and contents with colleagues also across national borders.”

The new e-learning platform focuses not only on flexibility and knowledge transfer, but also on service quality.

The company has already tested myOC across its European locations.

“A central learning platform allows us to present contents reliably and ensure a uniform knowledge base,” said Schöpf. “Well-trained employees are a basic requirement to satisfy our customers. Service excellence is a top priority for us.”

Implementation of myOC in China is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018, according to Gebrüder Weiss.
