APL has extended its Eagle GO. Guaranteed service to the trans-Atlantic and Oceania networks.

According to APL, shippers who opt for the premium product will be guaranteed equipment and vessel space.

“In our continued drive to address our customers’ expanding needs, I am pleased to announce the extension of our warmly received Eagle GO. Guaranteed product from the trans-Pacific to our trans-Atlantic and Oceania networks,” said Calvin Leong, chief trade officer of APL. “With this, APL now provides more options for guaranteed space and equipment in all seasons for our customers’ most demanding, time-sensitive and high-volume cargoes.”

Eagle GO. Guaranteed is now offered on APL’s Asia Australia Express, Asia Fremantle Express, China Australia and New Zealand Express services that call at the Asian ports of Singapore, Port Klang, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Keelung, Busan, Osaka and Yokohama. From June 1, 2018, Eagle GO. Guaranteed will be further rolled out to cargo loaded on these seven Asia-Australia/New Zealand services at the Chinese ports of Shekou, Nansha, Yantian, Xiamen, Ningbo, Shanghai and Qingdao.

From April 23, 2018, Eagle GO. Guaranteed will be available on the Atlantic Gulf, Atlantic Express, Europe California Express, North Atlantic, South Atlantic Express and West Mediterranean trans-Atlantic services, loading cargo from a total of 17 European ports including Southampton, London Gateway, Rotterdam, Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Antwerp, Le Havre, Valencia and Barcelona.

Eagle GO. Guaranteed was launched in October 2017 and continues to be offered on 22 North America-destined services from 29 Asian ports.
