Saudia Cargo has launched Fly Express, its new product offering high-priority express delivery for urgent international shipments.

According to the carrier, Fly Express is an added-value service which offers customers high-priority status for shipments that can be accepted three hours prior to the scheduled time of departure, with quick handling procedures on arrival.

“The launch of this service will meet the needs of our clients who transport urgent cargo requiring rapid handling and short delivery period, with efficiency and reliability,” said Omar Hariri [fourth from left in photo], CEO of Saudia Cargo. “This service came as part of our determination to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.”

The new service offers early booking via email, fast and efficient airport-to-airport delivery of up to 300 kilograms per shipment, as well as a money-back guarantee for the added cost of the service if delivery is not made on time.

Fly Express is now available in Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, London, Milan and Paris, with Hong Kong to be added in December 2018. Additional cities will be announced in the months ahead.

Saudia Cargo offers capacity on a dedicated freighter fleet as well as belly capacity on a passenger fleet. The carrier recently announced a development project for its cargo facilities at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh in order to enhance its operational capabilities, particularly for specialty shipments such as pharmaceuticals and dangerous goods.
