Kuehne + Nagel has introduced myKN, a new digital platform which offers customers a single point of access to all online services.
According to Kuehne + Nagel, myKN replaces the current Control Center and allows users to explore, quote, book, track and manage shipments and user accounts entirely online in a comprehensive self-service portal.

We follow the ambition to provide our customers everything needed to plan and handle shipments in one place. Therefore we will continuously enhance myKN with new interactive and collaborative features.”
Registered customers will be able to explore shipment possibilities via the recently extended digital platform Sea Explorer and obtain visibility on all aspects of the shipment, including financial data and confidential documents.
myKN also offers different options to personalize features based on individual customer needs, according to Kuehne + Nagel.
