IAG Cargo has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of a solution to help customers when they move abroad.


According to IAG, the new home relocation service is targeted directly at consumers and offers 24/7 support in over 67 languages.


“This expansion of our service offering reflects our commitment to our customers and making what can be a stressful time in someone’s life as easy and uncomplicated as possible,” said Daniel Johnson, head of product at IAG Cargo. “Our relocation service offers global round-the-clock support – the team is ready to help any time, day or night.”


The service is offered in partnership with Santa Fe Relocation. A dedicated move specialist will be assigned to each customer to help every step of the way with a range of services, including new home and school searches, obtaining visas, storage, language training and helping with vaccinations.

IAG Cargo recently also launched an unaccompanied bag delivery service and a dedicated pet transportation service.
