Cargolux has appointed Christian Thiele as its new country manager for Germany, taking effect from October 2015.

Thiele, who will succeed Tony McNichol, has more than 30 years of experience in the cargo industry. He will join Cargolux from Emirates SkyCargo, where he was the cargo business development manager for Germany.

He has also worked at Korean Air and Fraport AG, according to Cargolux.
