FEDEX REDUCES TRANSIT TIME FROM 6 CHINESE CITIES
November 26, 2015

FedEx Express has reduced the transit time for express shipments from Changchun, Chengdu, Chongqing, Fuzhou, Xiamen and Xi’an by one working day.

The change applies to International Priority and International Economy services.

“Our improved transit times will benefit customers in the six cities, helping them to optimize their supply chains and strengthen their competitive advantages in target markets,” said Eddy Chan, senior vice president and head of China at FedEx Express. “Fast and reliable international shipping is critical to the success of our customers who go abroad. This service enhancement will help shorten the bridge between our customers in these six cities and profitable business opportunities abroad.”

In July, FedEx reduced the transit time for International Priority and International Priority Freight services from Chongqing, Dalian, Jinan, Weihai, Yantai, Zhengzhou and Zibo by one to two days.
