HACTL COLLABORATES WITH CKS

HACTL Development Holdings Ltd., the subsidiary of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited responsible for business development, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Hong Kong-listed Chu Kong Shipping Enterprises (Group) Co., Ltd. to jointly develop logistics links and infrastructure in the Pearl River Delta.

 

Self Photos / Files - Hactl CKS MoUAccording to Hactl, the two companies will set up a working group to carry out a feasibility study on opportunities in Hactl’s existing cargo business at Hong Kong International Airport and in CKS’ logistics business in the Pearl River Delta region.

 

“We are delighted to join forces with such a strong and professional partner, and are greatly excited by the many potential opportunities to expand our respective activities and geographic coverage,” said Mark Whitehead, chairman of HDHL. “We are open to all forms of cooperation with CKS related to air cargo operations in the PRD region, and the collaboration could involve Hactl, Hacis, HDHL or all three companies.”

 

Hactl’s logistics subsidiary Hacis and CKL used to be partners in Hong Kong’s Marine Cargo Terminal, according to Hactl.
