OOCL LAUNCHES NEW SERVICES BETWEEN CHINA AND INDIA

Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) announced enhanced connectivity between China and India to support growing trade demand.

 

OOCL has introduced the new Far East - Chennai Service 3 (FCS3) service, establishing direct connections between multiple ports in China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and East India.

 

FCS3 was launched on December 6, 2024, and will follow the Nansha - Shekou – Ho Chi Minh City – Laem Chabang - Port Kelang - Chennai - Port Kelang – Nansha ​OOCL announces new Far East - Chennai Service 3 (FCS3) port rotation.

 

OOCL noted that the service will provide customers with a competitive and reliable shipment option. FCS3 is also tailored to support the growing trade demands between these dynamic markets.

 

Separately, OOCL announced a new China-Indian subcontinent service- China India Express 2 service (CIX2) to be launched on December 23, 2024.

 

"CIX2 will establish direct connections between multiple ports in China and the Indian subcontinent, providing customers with a competitive and reliable shipment option," OOCL said.
 
CIX2 will follow the Shanghai - Ningbo - Shekou - Singapore - Port Kelang - Nhava Sheva - Mundra - Karachi - Port Kelang - Singapore – Shanghai port rotation.
