BOEING APPOINTS SVP OF COMMUNICATIONS

Boeing has appointed Anne Toulouse as its new senior vice president of communications.

 

Self Photos / Files - Anne ToulouseAccording to Boeing, Toulouse has served as interim senior vice president of communications since September 2018. She will lead the company’s global communications and brand activities, including media relations, brand development and management, digital, advertising, in-house creative services and executive and employee communications.

 

Toulouse will continue reporting to Dennis Muilenburg, chairman, president and CEO of Boeing, and will serve on the company’s executive council.

 

“Anne has worked tirelessly over the course of her 30-year Boeing career to strengthen the company brand and share our story with key stakeholders,” said. “A proven leader with a unique combination of creativity, passion, business acumen, One Boeing strength and a customer-focused mindset, Anne has the right skills, experiences, values and strategic thinking to lead our world-class communications organization.”

 

Toulouse previously led Boeing’s global brand-building programmes designed to help position the company for growth in its second century. She has also held a number of other Boeing positions, including vice president of employee communications, business operations and corporate identity and advertising.

 

Toulouse joined the company in 1989 as a media relations manager in Huntington Beach, California, at what was then McDonnell Douglas, according to Boeing.
