Seattle Tacoma International Airport has added two new airlines and three trans-Pacific flights to its network.
Japan Airlines has begun flying between Tokyo Narita and Seattle daily with a Boeing 787-8, while Cathay Pacific has launched a four-times-weekly non-stop flight from Hong Kong with an Airbus A350-900. Delta Air Lines has also launched a seasonal daily flight to Osaka with a 767-300ER.
Cathay will boost the frequency to daily from July 2019.
A total of 11 new airlines have launched 12 international services at Sea-Tac since 2016, with Singapore Airlines due to launch a non-stop flight in September 2019, according to the Port of Seattle.
