SWISS WORLDCARGO PROMOTES 777 ON NEW TRUCK IN JAPAN
November 29, 2018

Swiss WorldCargo has begun promoting its Boeing 777-300ER on a new truck operated in Japan by road feeder service provider Hirano Logistics.

According to Swiss WorldCargo, it developed the livery in partnership with Hirano to showcase the Swiss 777-300ER from three different angles. The right side of the truck features a close-up of the back of an engine, while the left side shows the aircraft flying above the Alps and the back shows the 777 taking off.

“We are very proud of our collaboration in successfully developing and launching this initiative,” said Tango Tomonari, head of cargo in Japan at Swiss WorldCargo. “It’s an excellent way for Swiss WorldCargo to continue positioning and promoting itself within the Japanese market. At the same time, the impressive pharmaceutical-handling capabilities of this truck ensure that a diverse range of products can be delivered to various destinations for different customers.”

The branded truck operates on different routes throughout Japan but does not exclusively carry freight for Swiss WorldCargo.

Swiss WorldCargo currently offers belly capacity on a daily Airbus A340-300 between Zurich and Tokyo Narita, as well as an extensive trucking network throughout the country.
