Delta Air Lines will launch a non-stop flight between New York-JFK and Mumbai from December 22, 2019.

According to the airline, the new flight will be operated daily with a Boeing 777-200LR.

“Delta’s non-stop service between New York and Mumbai is the latest example of our international growth as we strive to connect the world better than any other airline,” said Ed Bastian, chief executive officer of Delta Air Lines.

Delta first began flying between the US and Mumbai in 2006 but suspended the route in 2009.
