CEBU PACIFIC COVID-19 VACCINE DELIVERY REACHES 60 MILLION DOSES
June 20, 2022

Cebu Pacific (CEB) has reached another delivery milestone after transporting over 60 million Covid-19 vaccine doses across the country.

To date, CEB said it has safely airlifted life-saving vaccines to 31 provinces in the Philippines since March 2021: Bacolod, Basilan, Boracay, Bohol, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cauayan, Cebu, Coron, Cotabato, Davao, Dipolog, Dumaguete, General Santos, Iloilo, Jolo, Kalibo, Legazpi, Masbate, Naga, Ozamiz, Pagadian, Puerto Princesa, Roxas, San Jose, Siargao, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Tawi-Tawi, Virac, and Zamboanga.

CEB noted that all vaccines were stored in containers with the established temperature limit to ensure that doses are preserved until arrival at the designated stations.

"These vaccine deliveries are vital for supplying booster shots for everyJuan.  We are happy to keep on doing our part in the timely delivery of these life-saving vaccines," said Alex Reyes, chief strategy officer at Cebu Pacific.

CEB noted that it has attained a 100% vaccination rate for its active flying crew through its very own employee vaccination program, JG Summit Covid Protect, and various partnerships with local government units in the country.

The airline noted that 95% of the active flying crew has been boosted to ensure the continued safety of its employees and passengers.
