Delta Cargo announced that effective August 1, live animal shippers must submit a new certification and journey declaration form when dropping off an animal for transport at Delta Cargo.

In a statement, the cargo carrier said this form is reworked to simplify past documents and improve compliance and will replace the current Acknowledgement and Certification form.

Delta Cargo said it must be completely filled out, signed by the shipper, and presented to Delta Cargo acceptance agents.
