March 1, 2018

The Kuehne + Nagel Group has appointed Inge Lauble-Meffert as head of media and public relations at Kuehne Holding AG and the Kuehne Foundation from March 1, 2018.

According to Kuehne + Nagel, Lauble-Meffert has been head of corporate communications at the Kuehne + Nagel Group since 2001. She will also manage the cultural funding projects at the Kuehne Foundation.

Karl Olaf Petters will succeed Lauble-Meffert as head of corporate communications at the Kuehne + Nagel Group. Before joining Kuehne + Nagel in 2016 with responsibility for media relations in Europe, Petters was spokesperson at Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG.

“I would like to thank Ms. Lauble for developing strong and impactful corporate communications activities,” said Detlef Trefzger, CEO of Kuehne + Nagel International AG. “Over the last 17 years she has always supported Kuehne + Nagel’s development with effective communications and has left her mark. I am pleased that her successor, Karl Olaf Petters, is appointed from our own ranks. I wish Ms. Lauble and Mr. Petters every success in their new posts.”

Kuehne Holding AG has important shareholdings and real estate, in addition to its engagement in the luxury hotel sector, while the Kuehne Foundation supports projects in the fields of logistics, humanitarian logistics, medicine and culture, according to Kuehne + Nagel.
