SF EXPRESS ADDS HANGZHOU-LA FREIGHTER SERVICE

Shenzen-based SF Express is adding a new Los Angeles to Hangzhou service expanding its transpacific footprint.

 

The Chinese express firm said it will utilise a B747-400 plane, with an 87-tonne capacity, for the thrice per week service, operating alongside its ongoing New York-Hangzhou service.

 

The flight from Hangzhou to LA is expected to carry general freight such as spare parts, automotive, machinery, electronic products and perishables.

 

It also offers a last-mile delivery network in China, providing additional convenience to its international shippers.

 

As of February, SF Express has successfully launched or resumed 13 international airfreight routes, including Shenzhen to Chennai, Nanning to Ho Chi Minh, Shenzhen to Delhi, Shenzhen to Singapore, Shenzhen to Osaka as well as Wuxi to Chongqing, and Hahn to Wuxi.

 

With this network, SF Express has expanded its coverage of Southeast AsiaCentral Asia and European countries.
