CARGOLOGICAIR TAKES OFF WITH AUTOMOTIVE CHARTERS

CargoLogicAir has begun operations after obtaining approval from the UK Civil Aviation Authority and completed its first charter flights.

 

Self Photos / Files - CLA744F [2]The launch customer was aircraft charterer Chapman Freeborn Italia, which had booked two charters on behalf of Savino del Bene to Bari in Italy via Frankfurt. The flights transported a total of 113 tons of automotive parts such as engine base plates.

 

“We are delighted to have commenced our flight operations and to have already earned the support of such a prestigious customer as Chapman Freeborn,” said Dmitry Grishin, CEO of CargoLogicAir. “These flights have enabled us to demonstrate our operating capabilities for global charter services, which we will continue to offer even following the launch of our first scheduled services this month.”

 

The Volga-Dnepr subsidiary is based at Stansted Airport and currently has one Boeing 747-400F.
