Austrian Airlines will launch non-stop flights between Vienna and Hong Kong on September 5, 2016.
The flights will be operated five times a week with a Boeing 777-200ER.
“As of September, we are offering flights to the three largest cities in China, i.e. Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong,” said Andreas Otto, chief commercial officer of Austrian Airlines.
The airline, which has a long-haul fleet of six 767-300ERs and five 777-200ERs, also flies regularly scheduled services to Bangkok and Tokyo in Asia.
