Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and SkyNet Worldwide Express are responding to the growing demand for reliable and affordable logistics solutions amid the booming demand global ecommerce.

Hellmann and SkyNet are partnering to launch a cross-border e-commerce service designed to support the full logistics chain—from warehousing and fulfilment to B2C deliveries, returns, and re-fulfilment. The solution aims to connect brands and consumers across global markets.

Hellmann and SkyNet are combining freight and e-commerce capabilities to support cross-border trade. Drawing on SkyNet's experience in B2C delivery and its network of retail partners, the service offers digital integration, customs support, and last-mile delivery.

The joint solution is positioned between postal and express options—faster than the former and more affordable than the latter. It includes end-to-end tracking across transport modes, with SkyNet's API tools enabling merchants to manage shipments through a single system. Hellmann provides the freight infrastructure and global warehousing needed to scale.

While Hellmann's previous e-commerce solutions have been geared toward B2B and warehousing, the new joint product with SkyNet focuses on cross-border B2C distribution: from pick-up, linehaul, import/export customs clearance and delivery, to returns management and customer service, SkyNet delivers complete cross-border solutions daily in more than 190 countries.

This positions both partners as a strong alternative to established providers — not only for global corporations but also for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The new cross-border e-commerce solution will be initially available for shippers based in EU or UK and then rolled out globally.
