CEVA Logistics has appointed Peter Waller as its new chief financial officer and member of the executive board, effective immediately.

According to CEVA, Waller succeeds Arjan Kaaks, who is leaving to pursue new opportunities.

“We are delighted that Peter is joining CEVA,” said Xavier Urbain, CEO. “His strong commercial and strategic financial expertise and leadership skills make him an excellent fit for CEVA. He will be a real asset in allowing us to reach our next level of performance.”

Waller was previously group CFO at Eurofins Scientific, and has also held senior roles at the Thomas Cook Group for more than eight years, according to CEVA.
