Kerry Logistics has opened its first office in Poland.
According to Kerry, Diana Sokół has been appointed managing director of Poland and will be in charge of the new Warsaw office, which will focus on international freight forwarding. She will head a team of six.
“We are pleased to welcome Diana to the Kerry Logistics family,” said Thomas Blank, managing director of Europe. “The new Poland office will provide our customers with access into and out of Central and Eastern Europe. We are committed to offering local know-how combined with our in-depth knowledge of the Asian market. We will continue to increase our European footprint in line with our customers’ development in the region, to ensure we offer them the best possible service.”
Sokół was previously general director of Poland at C.Spaarmann Logistics GmbH in Warsaw, and has extensive experience of East-West trade, according to Kerry.
