Finnair will launch a non-stop flight between Helsinki and Nanjing on May 13, 2018.

According to the airline, the new flight will be operated three times a week during the summer season and twice a week during the winter with an Airbus A330-300, which is capable of carrying approximately 18 tonnes of cargo in its belly.

Nanjing is the capital of Jiangsu province and is an important commercial hub with growing cargo demand.

It will be the carrier’s seventh destination in Greater China, after Beijing, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Xi’an.
