Qatar Airways has begun its daily non-stop flights to Los Angeles International Airport from January 1, 2016.

The flight is operated by a Boeing 777-200LR, which offers approximately 16 tonnes of cargo capacity.

Qatar Airways Cargo already operates a twice-weekly service to Los Angeles via Luxembourg and Mexico, using a 777 Freighter.

Details of the flight are as follows.

On the same day, Qatar Airways also started flying its Airbus A350-900 on the Philadelphia route, which used to be operated by a 777-200LR.

The airline is scheduled to fly the A350 to New York JFK from April 2016.
