The success of CAS is a testament to the hard work of its employees, and the combination will create one of the most knowledgeable and experienced teams in this industry.”

CAS serves more than 250 airline customers and is one of the largest cargo handlers in the US.

WFS, which operates at more than 145 airports in more than 22 countries, recently completed its 51% acquisition of Fraport Cargo Services, the largest airline-independent cargo handler at Frankfurt Airport.
