CMA CGM Air Cargo has expanded its commercial offerings with a new destination in Egypt.

The scheduled route will be between Paris (CDG) and Cairo (CAI) in Egypt.

CMA CGM AIR CARGO noted that the service would also strengthen the combined offer with Air France KLM Martinaur Cargo group.

"CMA CGM AIR CARGO will serve CAI with 1 weekly flight from October 3 with an A330F aircraft," the announcement said.

It added that Cairo airport is a major air freight and passenger hub offering adapted infrastructures for intermodal connections in the region.

"This new destination is part of our strategic partnership with the Air France KLM Martinair Cargo Group and complements the existing offer to give you even more options for your air transport needs," the cargo airline division of the CMA CGM shipping group said.
