Lufthansa Cargo has announced executive board changes, naming Frank Bauer as chief operating officer and Greg Schleussner as chief financial and chief human resources officer.

It said that the executive board team around Ashwin Bhat, CEO at Lufthansa Cargo, will be completed from July 1, 2025.

Bauer, currently chief financial officer and labor director of Lufthansa Cargo AG, will take over the COO post from July 1, 2025, while Schleussner, currently head of finance, controlling & accounting at Eurowings, will join the executive board of Lufthansa Cargo on the same date.

Dr. Michael Niggemann, chairman of the supervisory board of Lufthansa Cargo AG, welcomed the appointment of Bauer and Schleussner.
