LATAM CARGO ANNOUNCES NEW PRODUCT PORTFOLIO

LATAM Cargo has launched its new product portfolio for the international market, available from October 1, 2016.

 

According to LATAM, the new portfolio offers up to 19 combinations to address each shipment’s specific needs.

 

“The factor that most influenced our new product portfolio is the current needs of our customers,” said Cristián Ureta, CEO of LATAM Cargo. “We designed our products aligning these needs with our commercial strategy, which is based on agility, reliability and trust. Through this product portfolio, with clearly defined service standards, we seek the stable preference of our clients.”

 

The new products will initially be available for shipments originating in North America and Europe, and will be gradually rolled out to South America until the first quarter of 2017.

 

“The company also considered its network when designing its portfolio,” said Gabriel Oliva, senior vice president of development, alliances and marketing. “All factors combined led us to a highly specialized portfolio, with products such as PHARMA, for transporting pharmaceutical products; ALIVE, for live animals; and PROTECT, for vulnerable cargo.”

 

Other products in the portfolio include STANDARD, EXPRESS and FLEX, a low-cost solution with a flexible timeline but a maximum transit time, according to LATAM.
