AIR CARGO COMMUNITY FRANKFURT ADDS SIX MEMBERS

Air Cargo Community Frankfurt has added a. hartrodt, AF Logistik, Bolloré Logistics, Hermes Logistics, BDA Logistics Innovation and the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences as new members at a general meeting.

According to ACCF, the RheinMain University is only the second institution to join the community, after the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.

“The newest additions to our community show that the close cooperation between all players in the air freight supply chain at Frankfurt Airport has been recognized as attractive and important,” said Joachim von Winning, executive director of ACCF. “Within the community we push this cooperation forward on many levels, for example with regard to digitalization, or to promote a mutual understanding for large parts of the supply chain at Frankfurt Airport. In doing so, we ensure the appeal of our location as Europe’s leading cargo hub.”

Together, ACCF’s members aim to shape the transportation process at Frankfurt Airport through collaboration and discussed during the meeting the future tasks of the community.

“We have a lot of intersections regarding the topics and challenges that concern us here at Frankfurt Airport,” said Soeren Stark, chairman of the community’s executive board. “And in these areas we will work on pushing things forward.”
