Kuehne + Nagel will be offering two new pharma less-than-container-load reefer services from Geel in Belgium to Singapore and Sydney starting from September 1, 2015.

Shipments across continental Europe will be consolidated at K+N’s Geel hub, and will then be shipped directly to Singapore or Sydney with fixed weekly sailing schedules.

The LCL reefer containers will be maintained door-to-door at a temperature range of +15°C to +25°C, according to K+N. Customers will be able to monitor the temperature of each container while it is in transit using K+N’s online tracking system.

K+N’s pharma facility in Geel is GDP-certified and has a storage capacity of 12,000 square metres.
