Members of THE Alliance — Hapag-Lloyd, Ocean Network Express, Yang Ming and Hyundai Merchant Marine — have announced service adjustments for its Transatlantic network this year to offer its customers "a more stable network to cater for the growing market demand" aside from the network adjustments it earlier published.
In a statement, the shipping alliance said the setup of THE Alliance’s network has been evaluated and reconfigured to offer a more focused product with further improved reliability while keeping the existing wide range of port coverages.
Restructuring of the Transatlantic services’ set up will commence from the second quarter, it said.
