UNITED CARGO EXPANDS SERVICE INTO JAPAN

United Cargo announced that it would operate additional service to Japan this month as part of the carrier's efforts to continue its expansion plans in the Asia Pacific.

The Chicago-headquartered airline said in a brief notice that on January 5, United Cargo launched a new nonstop service from Newark/New York to Tokyo, Japan (HND).

It also resumed service between San Francisco and Osaka, Japan (KIX), which was earlier halted due to the global pandemic that lasted more than two years.

"As the largest transpacific carrier, we continue to expand our network by adding additional service to Japan this month," United Cargo said.
