Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL) has announced a top management change.

In a brief statement, Japan's MOL said its president and chief executive officer, Takeshi Hashimoto announced a decision on the change of the company's Executive Officer. 

The statement named Hirotoshi Ushioku as the Group's new Executive Officer. He is currently an Advisor of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd., and representative director, president Chief Executive Officer of MOL Sunflower Ltd.

MOL also said two of its wholly-owned ferry and coastal RORO vessel operating companies, MOL Ferry Co., Ltd. and Ferry Sunflower Limited, will be integrated into MOL Sunflower Ltd. and will begin operations on October 1, 2023.
