THE ALLIANCE ANNOUNCES ASIA-NORTH EUROPE CHANGE

THE Alliance — which consists of Hapag-Lloyd, ONE,  HMM, and Yang Ming — announced that it will make changes to its Asia - North Europe network by temporarily suspending FE5 service from week 46 and enhance the existing FE3 and FE4 service until further notice.

 

The move is "in consideration of the present market situation," it said.

 

THE Alliance said FE5 would be temporarily suspended until further notice.

 

Meanwhile, FE3 would be upgraded service with Cai Mep call to follow the Ningbo – Xiamen – Kaohsiung – Yantian – Cai Mep (new) – Singapore – (Suez) – Rotterdam – Hamburg – Antwerp – Southampton – Algeciras – (Suez) – Singapore – Yantian – Hong Kong – Kaohsiung – Ningbo rotation.

 

FE4 would also be upgraded service with Colombo call to follow the Xingang – Qingdao – Pusan – Yangshan – Yantian – Colombo (new) – (Suez) – Algeciras – Rotterdam – Hamburg – Antwerp – Tangier – (Suez) – Singapore – Xingang port rotation.

 

"The following change shall ensure that customers continue to receive frequent and comprehensive service coverage," THE Alliance said.
