DACHAN BAY TERMINALS WELCOMES NEW MIDDLE EAST-FAR EAST SERVICES

DaChan Bay Terminals has welcomed a new Middle East service jointly operated by ESL, Global Feeder Shipping, KMTC and TS Lines.

The new service, along with an upgraded existing service in the same trade lane starting from April 12, will further strengthen the terminal's connections to/from the Middle East.

DaChan Bay Terminals noted that the service codes for the four shipping lines are COSMOS/COSMOS/AIM2/GLX2, respectively. Meanwhile, the service codes of ESL, Global Feeder Shipping, KMTC and TS Lines are GALEX/GALEX/AIM/GLX.

"With the two services, DaChan Bay Terminals can provide fast transit times for cargoes between South China and the Middle East," the statement said.

It added that the two services work synchronously to further optimise the transportation efficiency between the Far East and the Middle East by increasing frequency and reducing transportation time.

They also provide customers with efficient connections to the Indian Subcontinent, the Upper Gulf, the Red Sea, and Africa via Jebel Ali.
