China Merchants Ro-Ro is introducing a new service for shipping automobiles between Shenzhen, China, and Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The service targets Chinese automotive exports from China to the UAE. It is provided by the automobile transport specialist under China Merchants Energy Shipping.

The new service, which will run from the Dachan Bay terminal to the Port of Jebel Ali, complements another service from Shenzhen provided by China Merchants Ro-Ro, which connects Xiaomo port to the Red Sea region.

China Merchants Ro-Ro operates a fleet of six car carriers that transport automobiles from China to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Brazil, and Mexico.

It plans to add six pure car truck carrier (PCTC) vessels to its fleet next year, which will help further expand its service capability.
