MSC ANNOUNCES STANDALONE EAST/WEST NETWORK

MSC, the world's largest shipping company, has announced its independent East/West network.

 

It said that as of February 2025, MSC has provided an independent, competitive, and complete network for East/West trades. 

 

"With full operational control of its network, we will offer our clients routing options both via Suez and the Cape of Good Hope."

 

MSC noted that with its 900 vessels and estimated 27 million TEUs carried annually, it offers 300 key global trade routes.

"MSC offers comprehensive end-to-end supply chain solutions from initial booking to final delivery, ensuring an optimized shipping experience," the shipping line said.

 

It noted an extensive network coverage of 34 loops across 5 major trades, providing weekly services via both the Suez Canal and the Cape of Good Hope.

 

MSC also cited its local and global expertise that could provide expert advice to mitigate risks and optimize decisions, ensuring your cargo reaches its destination quickly and safely.

 

The carrier also noted its customized solutions, which offer personalized shipping solutions tailored to your specific business needs and address the unique requirements of different types of cargo.
