Uzbekistan-based cargo carrier My Freighter has operated its first flight on the new Ürümqi (China)–Urgench (Uzbekistan) route, marking an expansion of its regional network aimed at strengthening air logistics links between Eastern and Western Eurasia.

The flight was operated by a Boeing 767-300F aircraft and transported over 50 tonnes of cargo, primarily related to e-commerce. 

My Freighter said the route will be serviced twice a week, providing regular cargo connectivity between China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the western regions of Uzbekistan.

This is My Freighter’s third route from Ürümqi, but it marks the first cargo flight in the history of Urgench International Airport — opening new opportunities for the region in terms of international trade, foreign economic relations, and logistics infrastructure.

The launch reinforces My Freighter’s role in supporting cargo connectivity between China and Central Asia.
