Garuda Indonesia Cargo is boosting its digitalization efforts, joining Freightos’ WebCargo platform to offer real-time eBooking to freight forwarders worldwide.

The cargo division of Indonesia’s national carrier said it will make its capacity available exclusively through WebCargo by Freightos, a global freight booking and payment platform. 

The move expands Garuda’s reach across key trade lanes and gives forwarders direct access to routes connecting Indonesia with major hubs including Jakarta (CGK) to Singapore (SIN), Tokyo Haneda (HND), Jeddah (JED), Shanghai (SHA), Sydney (SYD), as well as Denpasar (DPS) to Sydney (SYD), Tokyo Narita (NRT), Hong Kong (HKG).
