SeaRates ERP, part of DP World's digital logistics ecosystem, has entered into a collaboration with CargoAi to support airfreight digitalization.

With the integration of CargoAi's Track & Trace, Quote & Book, and FHL/FWB APIs, SeaRates has expanded the functions of its ERP system.  

This partnership enables enhanced real-time data exchange, improved shipment visibility, and more efficient quoting and booking functionalities for air cargo stakeholders across DP World's global network.

In the announcement, Searate said this milestone reinforces its broader vision to offer end-to-end, tech-enabled logistics solutions—driving transparency, agility, and value across every mode of transport.

Integration to optimize visibility, efficiency

This partnership has already given over 300 forwarders currently using SEARATES ERP access to advanced digital services, guaranteeing real-time tracking, instant bookings and seamless management of electronic transport documents.

After a successful pilot program with customers Al Eid International and LLK Customer, the integration of CargoAi solutions within Seartes ERP has received positive feedback for its significant impact on productivity and user experience.

The integration provides several key benefits, including real‑time shipment tracking across more than 230 airlines through the Track & Trace API, instant access to 105+ airlines, 680+ schedules, and 2.5 million dynamic rates via the Quote & Book API, and automated management and transmission of FHL/FWB messages to over 120 airlines to support eAWB compliance.

With this integration, SEARATES ERP reinforces its commitment to a digital and transparent supply chain, while optimizing its customers' experience thanks to CargoAi's innovative solutions.

This partnership also illustrates the determination of both companies to support the digital transformation of the airfreight sector.
