Etihad Airways Cargo has reappointed ACP Worldwide as its GSA in Australia and New Zealand, extending the contract to also include Brisbane.

The contract, which begins on October 1, 2016, will now cover Auckland, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

“We are delighted that Etihad Cargo has chosen to grow the relationship ACP, which started in 2010,” said Ross Di Lizio, regional director of Australia and New Zealand at ACP Worldwide. “We now have the opportunity to work with Colin and his team to continue providing success and growth for Etihad Cargo throughout all our offices on a truly national basis.”

Colin Nicholls, manager of Australia and New Zealand at Etihad Cargo, said that the partnership with ACP Worldwide has been a key factor in the carrier’s success in these two markets.

“Together we have been able to provide shippers with swift, reliable movement of their cargo to markets around the world,” said Nicholls. “The addition of Brisbane to ACP’s representation of Etihad Cargo means our customers will receive the same seamless service right across Australia.”
