Air Astana has renewed its cargo-handling contract with FCS Frankfurt Cargo Services GmbH.

According to FCS, the two companies have already been partners for several years and will continue their relationship in the years to come.

“Air Astana is a growing airline, not only for passenger services but also in the cargo sector,” said Hans-Georg Emmert, managing director of FCS. “The handled tonnage has more than doubled in the last years. Air Astana was awarded in 2015 and 2016 among all our customers at our annual Christmas party with our special ‘Bembel’ award for the first place in tonnage increase. We very much appreciate the extension of our cooperation reflecting the estimation and trust in our high standards, especially security, quality and service. We will do our utmost to meet these requirements also in the future.”

Air Astana flies daily from Astana to Frankfurt using a Boeing 757-200 during the winter and a 767-300ER during the summer.
