ANJI AND CEVA RENEW AND EXPAND JOINT VENTURE

Chinese automotive logistics specialist AnJi and CEVA Logistics have signed agreements to renew their joint venture for another 15 years and to expand its business scope to non-automotive contract logistics in greater China.

 

According to the two companies, the name of the joint venture will change from AnJi-CEVA Automotive Logistics Co. Ltd. to AnJi-CEVA Logistics Co. Ltd. Apart from automotive logistics, the joint venture will initially also focus on the industrial, aerospace, technology, e-commerce, consumer and retail sectors.

 

AnJi-CEVA was the first logistics joint venture to be given official approval by the Chinese Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in 2002. It currently has more than 15,000 employees and a network of over 400 cities in China.
