Supply chain expert Tigers has expanded into a larger facility in Dallas, Texas, as part of ongoing global growth and to support customers across North America.
According to Tigers, the new 86,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility is located at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and includes a temperature-controlled area. It is headed by Jodi Flynn, branch manager of Dallas at Tigers, specializing in health supplements and cosmetics.
“Our new Dallas facility is perfectly positioned to allow us to deliver omnichannel orders across the USA,” said Amber Braband, VP of growth at Tigers. “Our global warehouse management system and SmartHub: Connect are integrated with customers’ order management systems, allowing for real-time order processing. Our eShop, which will be available to customers across our US offices in March, will enable customers to enter the e-commerce market. We are currently implementing multinational, multi-level marketing solutions for personal care products, as part of our commitment to clients.”
The new Dallas branch offers the full range of Tigers’ logistics services, from international freight forwarding and customs brokerage to omnichannel fulfilment for the retail industry and others across North America.
The Hong Kong-headquartered e-commerce specialist operates US offices in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Los Angeles, Riverside, Miami, New York, Newark, San Francisco and Seattle, and is planning further expansion in 2018.
