EK TO ADD SECOND DAILY GENEVA FLIGHT

Emirates will expand its operations in Switzerland by launching a second daily flight to Geneva on June 1, 2016.

 

Self Photos / Files - EK77W [2]The new flight, which will be operated by a Boeing 777-300ER, will offer a cargo capacity of approximately 20 tonnes in each direction every day.

 

The airline’s air freight division Emirates SkyCargo said that the new flight would provide Swiss companies with better access to economies around the world.

 

Main exports expected to be transported from Geneva include pharmaceutical products, automotive spare parts, chemicals and semiconductors, as well as humanitarian cargo generated by international organizations such as the Red Cross, according to SkyCargo.
