CEVA Logistics has appointed Kamaljit Hunjan as senior vice president of global healthcare operations from January 2016.

Based at London Heathrow, Hunjan will be in charge of driving process improvements and will manage all healthcare operational matters, according to CEVA.

“Keeping healthcare supply chains fit for the future and implementing our collaborative approach with customers is a key part of this growing vertical market for us,” said Brett Bissell, chief operating officer of contract logistics at CEVA. “We are delighted to have someone of Kam’s calibre joining CEVA’s contract logistics global leadership team to expand and develop the business.”

Hunjan was previously global logistics manager at General Electric Healthcare. He has also worked in senior roles in the energy and automotive sectors.
