CMA CGM has adjusted its China India Middle East Express 2E service from January 2016.

The new weekly service will be operated by a fleet of five 5,000 TEU vessels and will have a transit time from Shanghai to Chennai of 13 days.

The new port rotation is as follows: Busan – Shanghai – Hong Kong – Yantian – Singapore – Port Kelang – Chennai – Port Kelang – Singapore – Manila – Busan.

This is the fourth service which connects major Asian ports with the Indian subcontinent, according to CMA CGM.
