According to WFS, it expects to handle more than 15 million kilos of cargo per year for JAL, in its first-ever contract with the airline.

“This is a milestone contract for WFS to be working with another of the world’s most respected airlines,” said Sydney Stephenson, vice president of ground-handling and cargo for the US East region and Canada at WFS. “This contract follows our move into cargo building 75 at JFK International Airport, which helped to demonstrate to Japan Airlines our commitment to consistent improvement and service quality. We hope this will be the first of many more contracts between the airline and WFS in the future.”
