MSC has announced its new MSC.com site is now up and running — designed to offer a seamless and personalised digital experience for users.

In a statement, the Geneva-headquartered shipping line said the site is an "intuitive and easy-to-use website" that provides 24/7 online support and valuable content depending on the various needs of its users.

At a glance, MSC said the new site features improved navigation, a  "mobile-first" approach, as well as an e-Business integration enabling customers to login and place export bookings and view current shipments, order history, submit VGM information, and much more directly on the site.

It also has autofill functionality and provides country-specific news and information.

MSC added that the content of the site is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Turkish.
