Air France has taken delivery of its 70^th 777 from Boeing.

The aircraft is the airline’s 43^rd and last 777-300ER on order.

“The 777 range has been one of the pillars of Air France’s fleet growth,” said Frédéric Gagey, CEO of Air France. “The Boeing 777 has gained a reputation for its reliability, economic performance and comfort, offering our passengers the highest standards.”

Air France was the launch customer for the 777-300ER in 2004, as well as for the 777 Freighter in 2009.

The Paris-based carrier’s Boeing fleet now consists of 25 777-200ERs, 43 777-300ERs and two 777Fs.
